Babanango Game Reserve offers three exceptional conferencing venues to suit every need — from the ultra-luxury boardroom experience at our 5-Star Madwaleni River Lodge (23 delegates max), to the tranquil ambience of our 4-Star Valley Lodge, nestled within beautifully maintained gardens and peaceful surroundings (22 delegates max), and the relaxed, nature-inspired atmosphere of our 3-Star Matatane Camp, accommodating up to 40 delegates.
Each venue combines comfort, technology, and tranquility, with inclusions such as tea and coffee stations, tailored lunch menus, and essential conferencing tools. Optional daily game drives at Madwaleni River Lodge and Valley Lodge add a unique touch, allowing teams to connect and unwind in one of South Africa’s most remarkable conservation areas.

PAYMENT POLICY
Advanced Bookings (31+ days prior to arrival)
A 50% deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking dates.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Last-Minute Bookings (30 days or less)
100% payment is required within 48 hours to confirm your reservation.

50% of the total booking amount will be charged
15-30 days before arrival
75% of the total booking amount will be charged

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS
Guest Count Adjustments (30+ days in advance)
Reductions of up to 20% of your original booking can be made without penalty when requested 30 or more days prior to arrival.
Guest Count Adjustments (30 days or less)
Reductions exceeding 20% of the total booking will incur 100% charges for the reduced portion.
Postponements
Requests to postpone your booking will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific circumstances.
Important
All cancellations and booking amendments must be submitted in writing via email to ensure proper documentation and processing.

Availability
Conference Packages are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Exclusions
Conference Packages are not applicable with already discounted or negotiated rates.
Redemption
‘Free’ or inclusive offers must be redeemed during the stay. Unused offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Combination Restrictions
Conference Packages cannot be combined with any other special offers and/or packages.
Pricing
Rates are inclusive of 15% VAT. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Room Types
Lead-in rates are for standard room types, accommodating 2 adults only. Upgrade fees and family room supplements apply.
Surcharges
A surcharge may apply during peak periods.
Terms and Conditions

No Other Specials
No other specials or discounts can be applied in conjunction with these Conference Packages.
Errors and Omissions
Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).

Liability
Babanango Game Reserve is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the stay. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African legal procedures.
